The dial signed 'Comptoir général H. Riondet 9 Bd Poissonnière Paris'. The work with the same inscription. The work also marked 'Hors concours L.P. Japy 1878' and numbered '10010'.

The galant scènes signed 'Poitevin'.

Condition: (UV-checked)

- Both vases in good condition. One vase with a small chip to one of the corners and a superficial hardly visible chip to the stem. Minor wear to the gilt decoration.

- The clock in good condition, with the normal superficial wear. The email of the 'IX' with a very small chip. The back door with minor damage. 

- The springs tested and tension is present.
