According to the tradition, this J. Breughel signed painting was thought to be of Jan Brueghel the Younger (1601-1678). However, thanks to the insights and expertise of Miss Doclo, it is clear that the work is without doubt by the hand of Jan Pieter Brueghel (1628-1664).
