Negligible to the borders due to the former framing.

The signature is difficult to read.

The painting could benefit from a cleaning of the varnish.

A small hole and minor flaking paint on the left bottom side of the painting (in the wing of the pheasant).

Negligible flaking paint: small spots left and right bottom corner.

UV-light shows foremost the typical colour of the varnish.

Some overpaint in the sky in the left top corner.
