A portrait bust of Laure Du Monceau, Bnne de Pannée, born in Brussels on the 7th of May 1829 and died on the 20th of November 1850, by Willem or Guillaume Geefs, 'statuaire de S.M. le Roi des Belges Brux(elles) 1852.'

Although Geefs was primarily known for his monumental works and public portraits of statesmen and nationalist figures, he also explored mythological subject matter, often with an erotic theme (link).
