A rare and large Dutch Delft polychrome 'commedia dell'arte' dish, 18th C.

Marked AR in blue, attributed to Adriaa[e]n van Rijsselberg[h], the De Grieksche A (The Greek A) factory from 1701 or possibly 1713 to 1735.

Condition: (UV-checked)
- A small rim chip filled and retouched of ca. 2 x 0,5 cm at ca. 12 o'clock.
- Further overpainting along most of the rim, covering negligible superficial glaze loss.
