A Chinese inscribed pewter encased Yixing stoneware teapot with jade mounts, 19th/20th C.

Condition: (UV-checked)

- The teapot and cover in general in good condition, with the normal traces of use, wear and small dents.

- The jade with the normal natural tension lines and traces of use. The jade knob with a small hole.

- The pewter inscribed on the bottom with the number '1603'.

- Cover and top teapot with a dent. 

- The Yixing teapot with an X-shaped hairline on the side of the spout and two hairlines on the side of the calligraphy.
