Condition:
- Overall in good, solid condition.
- Typical small losses to the superficial encrustation and patination.
- One of the four legs cast slightly shorter, resulting in a slightly leaning position when resting.

Provenance:
- The collection of Mr. and Mrs. S., Ghent, Belgium.
- Acquired from Het Magazijn, Ghent, in June 2006, according to the owner's inventory notes.
